Fixaplex Limited (“Fixaplex”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates a digital platform connecting customers seeking home services with independent service professionals.
This policy explains Fixaplex’s current position regarding cookies and similar technologies on its website and mobile application.
At the time of preparing this draft, Fixaplex has not implemented a dedicated cookie or tracking system on its website or mobile application.
Current use of cookies
Fixaplex has not intentionally implemented optional analytics, advertising or marketing cookies or tracking technologies in its website or mobile application.
However, hosting services, security tools, embedded services, payment integrations or other third-party components may use cookies or similar technologies as part of their operation.
Stripe payment services
Fixaplex uses Stripe as its payment provider.
Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies to support payment processing, authentication, fraud prevention or security.
For information about personal data processing, please refer to the Fixaplex Privacy Policy and Stripe’s privacy information at https://stripe.com/privacy.
Managing cookies
The Fixaplex website or app does not use cookies currently, but if upon technical review, there are any similar technologies that require consent, Fixaplex will provide an appropriate mechanism for users to make and change their choices.
Where consent is legally required, non-essential technologies will not be activated before valid consent has been obtained.
If a technical review confirms that no cookies or similar technologies requiring consent are used, a cookie-consent banner may not be necessary. Fixaplex will assess this based on the actual implementation and applicable legal requirements.
Users may also manage conventional cookies through their browser settings, although blocking cookies can affect some website functionality.
Changes to this policy
If Fixaplex introduces analytics, advertising, marketing or other technologies that affect the use of cookies or similar technologies, we will review and update this policy as necessary and provide any required notices or consent mechanisms.
